 The Music of Life Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation that offers opportunities to musically gifted children with disabilities and special needs, to be trained professionally and to perform in concerts together with outstanding classical musicians. Children are fully integrated into performances, playing as members of the orchestra and singing with the professional choirs.

 MofL Open Day at the Malvern College

Malvern College is a venue to host Music of Life Open Day on Thursday, the 8th May 2008 - an afternoon packed with exciting activities, performances and mind-opening musical collaborations. It will begin at 15.00 with a two-hour choral rehearsal at St Edmund’s Hall of Malvern College (College Road, Malvern, Worcestershire, WR14 3DF, UK).

 Announcing Music of Life concert 2006

 This year Music of Life presents its annual Gala-concert in collaboration with the Orchestra of St.John's. Handel’s most loved and popular oratorio Messiah will be performed by the Orchestra and Choir of St John’s together with members of Armonico Consort Choir on Tuesday 12 December 7.30pm at St John’s Smith Square, London. As always, MofL's participants - young musicians with disabilities and special needs - will appear alongside professionals in the choir and in the orchestra. The soloists of the concert are Denise Leigh (joint winner of Channel 4’s Operatunity), Christine Cairns, Christoper Lemmings and David Stout. Conductor John Lubbock.  Ruth Montgomery in a BBC 2 Documentary

 Ruth Montgomery, a deaf flautist who had appeared as a soloist in three Music of Life concerts in December 2005 is telling an amazing story of her struggle to become a professional musician in the BBC See Hear documentary. The programme is to be shown on BBC 2 on Saturday 20th and 27 of May at 12.00pm.


  Evelyn Glennie OBE has become the Music of Life Foundation's Patron

 Music of Life Foundation is delighted to announce that Evelyn Glennie O.B.E., one of the world's foremost musicians has become our Patron. Apart from her magnificent musicianship Evelyn is actively involved in supporting young talents. As an organisation working with young musicians with disabilities and special needs we recognise the importance of being able to inspire our participants by introducing them to outstanding personalities, and therefore we are grateful and proud to be associated with Evelyn, and look forward to innovative projects and fruitful results under her patronage.


 Music of Life Tour 2005 with Evelyn Glennie
 [ 19-January-2006 ]
 In December 2005 Music of Life Foundation in assosiation with the “World of Art” Charitable Foundation had presented an unprecedented series of concerts with participation of the outstanding solo percussionist Evelyn Glennie and a group of young musicians with disabilities and special needs.

 Spectacular Gala-concerts were held at the St-Petersburg Philharmonia Hall (December 13, 2005) and the Great Hall of Moscow Conservatoire (December 15, 2005) in Russia and at the Cadogan Hall in London (December 20, 2005).
